Why Indian Media companies have late back attitude in upgrading them self in entering in any new media ? Is this is the trend worldwide on here in India only ?

I personally assume that the reason of this 'Media Industry is not as much profitable as it looks that's why companies are not able to save sufficient ammt. to enter in new market' or 'they are busy in managing their existing problem' or 'all the time a new technology come and new kind of skill set is require to manage their products..so perfectionism type of things is always missing with them '

This is the most common question which are coming in the mind of each and every person who is browsing thesocial networking sites and in fact if we look up the comment of the care taker of the most popular site Facebook, the founder and CEO, Mr. Mark Zuckerber is saying that " Not a problem, we're all about traffic... for now. " It's means Facebook Management is also not clear with them self what they wanted to with the money of their investors and the people who are paying them as a client?

So When Facebook has this Vision then Please stop thinking
about other social networking site like myspace, twitter and
other such sites...because all of them looks like on the race
track of HOTMAIL.com and thinking that" God is responsible
for providing equal opportunity to all of us and we will also get the same.."

What a dream? but no one has to forget the DOT COM bust
stories.. Still a lot of Advertiser are surrendering their efforts on
Social Networking sites, If you aware for the exercise which
P&G has done with the FACEBOOK , where P&G and facebook
has achieved a little bit success only because of they have spent
significant money on promotion, such as their Crest Whitestrips
campaign. Proctor & Gamble utilized free concerts and free movie
screenings to attract members to that group, eventually drawing
14,000 fans. When the promotions stopped, however, the fans
started to trickle away. Neither Facebook nor Proctor & Gamble
offered any solid data on generated sales.

So when a big company working with Social Networking leader is
still out of pocket, what benefits small advertiser and small sites
will get out of it ? Still Require a big brain storming on this !

I am not against of any change but until and unless these social
site will not able to give the feeling of Value for Money they are
not able to achieve any success in a long run.

Google is getting maximum traffic from India and Brazil

Google is getting this success in these areas because of :
1.Sites which are working in other Industries ( like travel, job, news, classified ) which is develop by Local player has not achieve a noticeable success in their market. Live Example only one Indian dotcom is listed in Stock Exchange, rest are still looking towards VC. In the countries like USA situation is quite different then this. Here Internet connections availability is also big issue a lot of municipal and Industrial areas in India where Broad band connections is also not avilable.

2.Internet advertisement is still limited on Search Engine base products and option is available from a very low budget. I am aware a lot of multi crore companies in India has set their ad word budget at Max of Rs.8,000 per month.

3. Because Google is one of the pioneer player in this business in these areas and pioneer will always get the privilege loyalty of that's google is getting from these places.

4. To attract the visitors in US, UK on web companies like google are continuously working to develop a new application like google ocean, google waves ( Although people have other option also in these countries) but still but in India their basic maximum traffic is coming for their basic products.

Dengue Fever

Last month one of relative son has left this world due to ' Dengue Fever ' and after this I had come to know a lot people are suffering with this like any things, but It's looks more surprising when you check the newspaper & news channels and you even don't find any news related to this it was really shocking. The organization which is considered to pillar of our democracy are not sleeping on such a issue ... We can keep quite on the silent of Government but do keep our mouth shut on a so call Active media also.

I think it’s must as per Indian economic environment, because we have a poor literacy rate , people are not still ready to accept the changes is global market, they are not changing their business working, in such a cases it’s require to educate to companies how they can advertise on Internet and in cash business opportunity on Internet.

Child labour, labor law’s and other safety measures but our labour officers who are few
Km away from these areas are least bothered to check the same..
I had visited yesterday a very popular township (Crossing Republic), Vasundhara, Ghaziabad ( SC Heights ) to buy a home but when I had entered to an under construction site they even stop me to go insight, as per the rules it should not allow. In this regards when I had a word with many Industry experts and I had check the labour laws then I had find according to law all workers who is entering into site should have to bear the safety shoes, safety helmet, reflective vests and other safety related dress but in none of the site I had find this.. ..

Infect in none of the site I had find the first aid facility, ambulance etc. .. In such a non precautionary environment do you think that in case of any accident are you able to safe the life of any human being…

As per the safety measures asked by Government All the site should be cover with boundaries so that no one from outside can enter to the site but here if you check up in actual site kids playing.. even few them very easily offering you to show inside view of their site… A open ended Risk for your life also.

As the labour law books which I had explore I have not find any one who is even following the basic rule which people are following there and I am surprised to see all these are enclosed to Capital of Country when the situation is like this here what will be the situation in remote areas…. ‘ Waha per to logo ko slaves bana ke rakha ho ga ..”

Google Social Search Option

Google has started recently Social Search option but we look up Google, MSN, live is giving this kind of option in diff. format from so many times but none of them has achieved remarkable success as of now.. Yahoo is trying to complete his product portfolio by offering such a type of product from the day of inspection of Internet but he has not received any success as of now…. In fact we can say all companies who are on the edge of bell shape curve in utilization of his resources are doing good for nothings because these kind of efforts are giving very slightly improvement in their business.. do you s think people will say wow ! by getting this kind of products.... it’s not possible with any things which is available in this word, for e.g. we have got so many things from nature to eat but we are using very few of them but it doesn't mean nature is not perfect..Nature is 100% perfect and everyone in this world is enjoying it.. so I think a company who wanted to lead Internet industry need to work on basic first apart from doing such a non noticeable exercise. .. These days Internet Industry is seeking for a new revaluation.. The kind of revaluation which was bring by hotmail in e-mailing business... Like companies can give free internet usages under their umbrella name where they can show advertisement, in fact the way ISP are cutting down their prices to get the privileges in the Industry Company can pay the same from their pocket and can increase their advertising rate so that company’s browser will became internet for the internet users (for e.g. Positioning of internet = IE, Chrome). I think at saturation level these kinds of bold steps are always successful instead of wasting shareholders valuable money in such a waste full exercise. We have life example Yahoo has shut down so many products like Documents and all because he is not able to monitories them in a proper manner. If still they will start doing these kind of work a day people will say them bye…. No one from us can tell us the exact reason behind success of google or failure of yahoo search..or why Microsoft is still able to touch google success in search business..If I summarized it I can say from the day one Internet is ruled by consumers and consumer is giving the privilege to those products which is new and keep giving some things new on daily bases, so if the companies wanted to in cash this they have to do take such a steps which has some things have more new then any other player.I know for many of the people it looks like a joke but it’s not impractical things but a sound preparation is required here to meet the ROI and can monitories it properly.
